You can refer your client to Blue Crown Properties with the confidence that they will receive the best possible advice and service!

• We pay referral fees! Once a management agreement is signed and property is leased, we will send your brokerage a $500.00 commission check for every referred client.
• Optionally, we can market your clients home for lease while you are marketing it for sale. The Owner simply takes whichever occurs first.
• Should your client decide to sell the property in the future, we guarantee to refer them back to you.
